I am the Director of Assessment at Stephens College. In 2011, I graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor's in Psychology and from James Madison University in 2014 with a Master's in Quantitative Psychology. I am currently a SISLT PhD student, and will be the PhD student supervisor for ISLT 1111 for Fall 2017. My husband Marc, Jedi our eleven year-old miniature pinscher (see image above), and I live in Kansas City. In my free time, I enjoy crochet, quilting, walks with the family, conducting research in instructional design, and creating adult training online programs. My research interests include: andragogy, heutagogy, faculty development, student learning assessment, and gamification.
